Wayne brings over 35 years of experience in parts and service operations, dealership leadership, and executive consulting. As the founder of WB Global Services, his mission is to help dealerships streamline operations, boost service profitability, and train next-gen managers through hands-on coaching and proven frameworks.
Business Development Director
Russ is enjoying 50 years in the off-highway industry. By founding the transformational leadership network, MACKAYBEN LLC, Russ has created an impact on the start-up success of many next-generation agricultural leaders. Russ is equally at home in the OEM boardroom or the dealer breakroom, where he brings innovative solutions to the issues that dealers face.
